What the Welcome Bonus Actually Covers
The Genting Casino Newcastle welcome bonus really comes in two parts, and they run side by side. One part is online - the welcome offer on GentingCasino.com, which you can reach straight from the Newcastle casino page. The second part is in the venue itself - a new player credit that lands in the Genting rewards app when you visit us on site. Both are open to players who sign up or arrive via the Newcastle casino, but they switch on differently and follow their own rules.
The online welcome is a first-deposit deal. To get it, you make a qualifying first deposit of at least £10. The Newcastle venue page sends new customers to GentingCasino.com and confirms that the online welcome package is available when you register that way. In real terms, the Genting Casino Newcastle welcome bonus ends up as a mix of digital and in-person: part of it lives in your online wallet, part of it is tied to your visit to the casino floor.
On the in-venue side, new guests who download the Genting rewards app receive £10 worth of points in their account. These points can be used toward gaming, food, or drinks at any Genting property in the UK, including Genting Casino Newcastle on Forth Street. Inside the app, there are also ongoing challenges, badges and similar loyalty rewards running in the background, so this is not limited to a single visit.
| Channel | Offer Type | Minimum Requirement |
|---|---|---|
| GentingCasino.com online | First deposit match plus free spins | £10 first deposit |
| Genting rewards app (in-venue) | £10 in points for new customers | App download and registration |
Claiming the Online Offer
To claim the online bonus linked to Genting Casino Newcastle, you move from the venue page into the main GentingCasino.com site. The flow is simple, but it still helps to follow it in order.
- Go to gentingcasinos.co.uk/casinos/genting-casino-newcastle and use the link that takes you over to GentingCasino.com.
- Select the option to create a new customer account.
- Complete the registration form with your details - name, date of birth, home address and so on.
- Confirm that you are 18 or older and tick to accept the terms and conditions.
- When your account is active, open the Deposit section.
- Make your first deposit of at least £10 so it qualifies.
- If you see a promo field, enter bonus code BIG132 - this has been used for a free spins package on Big Bass Bonanza or Fishin Frenzy.
- Finalise the deposit, then check your Promotions or Bonus area to see that the bonus parts have been applied correctly.
One small but useful habit we recommend: take a quick screenshot of your bonus confirmation page before you start playing. This is not specific to Genting, it just makes any later support query much easier if your balance or free spins do not look quite right.
The free spins are attached only to that first qualifying deposit. Once the payment is processed and the code has gone through, the spins drop into your account and are ready for use on the named slot games. Wagering rules apply to these, so it is worth checking the current GentingCasino.com promotions section before you deposit, since the exact terms can change over time.
Free Spins and Match Bonus - What We Know
The online welcome package you reach from Genting Casino Newcastle usually has two key parts: a deposit match and an allocation of free spins, and they come in separately. The deposit match doubles your first deposit at 100%, up to a fixed cap. Free spins are tied down to named titles rather than every slot on the site.
When you use code BIG132 with a qualifying first deposit, it unlocks 132 free spins on Big Bass Bonanza. In some cases there is an alternative layout that gives 100 free spins on Fishin Frenzy for the same deposit level. For certain versions of the offer, there can also be live casino free bets running alongside the matched bonus, but the exact make-up depends entirely on what is live on the site when you join.
Bonus funds from the match offer come with wagering requirements. In one confirmed set-up, the requirement is 50x the bonus amount alone - it does not multiply your deposit and bonus together - and that needs to be met within 30 days. Winnings from free spins can carry their own separate 1x wagering requirement. Some parts of the free spins offer will also have a maximum win cap in place.
| Bonus Component | Detail | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Deposit match | 100% of first deposit | Up to a set limit; first deposit only |
| Free spins (BIG132) | 132 spins on Big Bass Bonanza | Or 100 spins on Fishin Frenzy |
| Wagering requirement | 50x bonus amount | 30-day completion window |
| Free spins winnings | 1x wagering on winnings | Max win limit applies |
For the latest numbers, time limits and game list, the GentingCasino.com promotions page is the place that counts. Third-party sites can be out of date, so we always treat our own page as the final word.
